    This form allows members on a couples membership to split their account into two individual memberships. Both individual members must have a payment method on file upon split. To update the payment method, log on to MyWoodside or stop by the Front Desk in person. We cannot accept payment method over the phone.

    The secondary member MUST email confirmation of the split and provide Member Billing with their updated payment information before the change in membership will take place. Members can confirm the split or update payment information by emailing [email protected].
    • All dues and on-account charges will be automatically filed under the primary member's pre-exiting account.
    • If form is submitted with 30 days notice to the 15th of the month, membership will take place on the next billing cycle.

    Please allow three business days for processing. All requests made after 3PM on Friday will be processed the following week. All membership change requests must be submitted prior to the 1st of the month.
