CHILDREN AT WOODSIDE
GENERAL
Our top priority is maintaining the integrity of our members’ experience while at the Club. Therefore, guests are not permitted at Woodside.
No. Food and beverage options are available throughout the year, from fresh-pressed juices and smoothies at the Earthbar, to convenient Grab + Go areas with salads, sandwiches and wraps, to our full-service seasonal menus. Members are welcome to charge food and beverage purchases to their membership accounts, but minimum purchases are not required.
MEMBERSHIP + BILLING
Your Woodside membership gives you access to our health club fitness facilities, outdoor pools, the Hydrotherapy Room (including hot tub, cold plunge, steam room and dry sauna), outdoor tennis courts, locker rooms with free daily lockers, showers and steam rooms, and more than 120 free group fitness classes per week (including yoga). For an additional fee, Woodside members enjoy access to tennis clinics and lessons, personal training services, private Pilates and yoga training, food and beverage services, social events and services at The Spa at Woodside.
We offer month-to-month memberships so you can join without the worry of a long contract. Choose either our individual or couples membership option, with the choice to add and remove youth up to age 20 throughout the year. Full-time college students may be added to their parents’ accounts until age 23.

All new members receive time with a personal trainer to go through current fitness levels and goals, a motion health assessment and free workout programming. Other new member perks include a complimentary tennis evaluation with a Woodside Tennis Professional or free clinic and a discounted service of your choice at The Spa.

Membership dues are billed on the 15th of each month. Charges to your account are calculated monthly and billed on the 10th of the following month (i.e. August 1 – 31 on account charges would be billed on September 10).
Billing dates cannot be adjusted and are consistent for all members.
For inquiries regarding your billing statement or for help understanding your My Woodside account, please reach out to our Billing Administrator at [email protected] or call 913.275.5942 during regular office hours – Monday through Friday 9AM – 3PM.
All membership changes, including adding a partner or spouse, adding children for the summer, adding a nanny, updating contact information or changing the type of payment on account can be initiated by completing the appropriate form on our Member Forms page.

We believe that a fitness journey is highly personal, so we provide facilities where our members can concentrate on becoming the best version of themselves. Therefore, there are areas of the club that are designated for adults only.
Equally, there are areas where children are always welcome with adult supervision including the Family Pool, Tennis courts, family events and the Earthbar. Helping children develop their own health goals can create positive habits for a lifetime, so we have activities for them that are supervised by our staff. Our tennis clinics and swim team give children a fun and engaging introduction to Woodside programs. As they age, more opportunities become available for young people to integrate into the more adult-centric fitness facilities.
