Class featuring cardio tennis drills to give 3.0+ players an ultimate, high-energy workout. This class will take up to 10 participants. Register on My Woodside.

3.5+ level with high level fitness in order to handle the INTENSE workout. This class needs tennis coach approval. Will take up to 8 participants.

Open to all tennis and fitness levels. There will not be any tennis point play and will focus on dead ball hitting and various forms of fitness exercises such as plyometrics, sprints, push ups etc. Be prepared for a different type of workout! This class will take up to 12 participants.

January 16 - March 12, 2023

Join us for eight weeks of fitness and tennis with one of our Woodside Tennis Coaches that starts with a kick-off event in the North Club. At the kick-off event, participants will learn about this self-managed program and its goals, how to reserve the ball machine and meet other participants.

Fit By Tennis in 60 Days (FBT60) is a nationally-recognized program utilizing Woodside’s ball machines to get conditioned through targeted programming and drills, and Cardio tennis for high-intensity workouts focused on weight loss and strength training.

It’s fun, fast, and a great way to get involved with tennis or work on your skills. Woodside’s program includes:

  • Kick Off Event with one of our own Woodside Tennis Coaches
  • Ongoing communication and accountability
  • Cardio tennis classes
  • Targeted programming drills
  • Ball machine usage intended for 3 times per week

Ball machine usage can be reserved up to 6 days in advance. Ball machine is not available Monday through Thursday 6 - 9PM.

Because this program is developed to help participants lose weight and tone up, the member who logs the most ball machine workouts by points will be gifted a prize.
