WOODSIDE FAQs
Woodside’s guest policy strikes a balance between creating an opportunity for members to share the Club and preserving the unique experience that Woodside offers to its members without disruption. Each adult member receives 3 complimentary guest passes per year; additional guest passes are available for $25 per person. Guest request forms must be submitted online at least 24 hours prior to arrival and can be found here, along with the full guest policy.
We currently have 3 Squat Racks and 2 Smith Machines located in the South Club. There are three platforms to minimize rack use for platform-based movements.
We offer month-to-month memberships so you can join without the worry of a long contract. Choose either our individual or couples membership option, with the choice to add and remove youth up to age 20 throughout the year. Full-time college students may be added to their parents’ accounts until age 23.

Our class reservation policy ensures that all members wishing to participate in class have a reserved spot. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, which is why we have extended the unenrollment period to the last hour before the class begins. This allows standby members to be notified on time to attend the class.
If you are unable to attend the class after being moved from standby to enrollment, we advise against enrolling on standby. Alternatively, make sure to have email notifications enabled on your mobile device or computer to promptly receive notification of your enrollment in the class.
While tennis shoes are acceptable for the class, we suggest using SPD cycle shoes for a safer and more enjoyable workout experience. These shoes come equipped with a universal cleat that seamlessly fits into various bike pedals. Prior to the class, our cycle instructors are delighted to offer members a thorough bike fitting session. We request that interested members arrive early for the fitting to guarantee a prompt start to the class.
Fill out our Tennis Placement Survey, and a member of our Tennis team will reach out to offer various opportunities to get involved based on your expressed interests and experience.

We believe that a fitness journey is highly personal, so we provide facilities where our members can concentrate on becoming the best version of themselves. Therefore, there are areas of the club that are designated for adults only.
Equally, there are areas where children are always welcome with adult supervision including the Family Pool, Tennis courts, family events and the Earthbar. Helping children develop their own health goals can create positive habits for a lifetime, so we have activities for them that are supervised by our staff. Our tennis clinics and swim team give children a fun and engaging introduction to Woodside programs. As they age, more opportunities become available for young people to integrate into the more adult-centric fitness facilities.
All parents using the Childcare space must add their children to their membership account here prior to making a reservation. Reservations open 48 hours in advance and are available for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years of age. Reservations must be scheduled via the Front Desk and by calling 913.831.0034.
