My motivation as a trainer comes from a strong desire to help people. Training has granted me the opportunity to do just that on a daily basis and for that I am thankful. I train with an understanding that everybody is different, therefore no two individuals should be trained the same. I am a firm believer in building a strong foundation, teaching proper movement, and creating a program that will not only further my clients toward their goals but will also help them to create a strong healthy body. It is my goal that when our time is done you will have learned a thing or two along the way that will impact the way you train for a lifetime.
Outside of training I spend a lot of my time outdoors hunting and fishing, or taking my pups on a nice long hike. I am also into motorsports and spend a good chunk of my time building cars and competing in demolition derbies. No need to tell me I’m crazy…I know!
