This practice, rooted in a precise order of poses, connects breath with movement through six distinct series, beginning with the foundational Primary Series. Whether you’re new to Ashtanga or looking to progress in your practice, our skilled instructors will guide you through the flow, promoting strength, stamina, flexibility and focus. Join us for this transformative journey, where discipline and mindfulness lead to a deeper connection with your practice.
How to book a Class
Be Transformed in
Body and Mind
All classes are bookable 48hr in advance and must be reserved. Sign up for a class that suits you best.
- Download Club Woodside App
- Select ‘My Account’ on Menu
- Log in Username & Password
- Select ‘Class Schedule’
- Under Club Tab Select ‘Woodside’
- Choose Category of Fitness Class
- Select Class to Sign Up
Group Fitness
Class Booking Policies
- All group fitness classes require reservations through MyWoodside.
- All classes are bookable 48 hours in advance.
- A $10 fee will be added to members’ accounts who do not show up for a reserved class or who do not check in.
- No show fees do not apply to members on the waiting list.
- Members must cancel at least 60 minutes prior to the start of class.
