Restorative Yoga L1

Enjoy the feeling of rejuvenation and steadiness that arise from Yin yoga. Embody a practice that is all about slowing down, opening your body through long passive & active stretching to integrate the body’s natural healing power to harmonize the body’s vital life force or chi. Restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and supported backbends using a variety of props such as blocks, blankets and bolsters. Levels: L1

All classes become bookable 48hrs in advance and require reservation. Check in with instructor upon arrival.
