Members must pre-register their children using the form below prior to making a reservation.
Reservations open 48 hours in advance and are available for children aged 6 weeks to 10 years of age. Reservations must be scheduled via the front desk by calling 913.831.0034.
WALKERS + NON-WALKERS Our Childcare booking options define “walker” and “non-walker” for the safety of all children and staff. A child is a walker if they are walking 100% of the time on their own and can climb up and down from the playset without assistance. A child is a non-walker if they are not walking on their own 100% of the time, cannot get up and/or down from the playset without assistance, or require other special attention as determined by the Director of Member Staff. A child may be changed from a non-walker to a walker if they meet the above criteria for a walker.
The Primary Member on the account will receive all communication regarding billing for Childcare.
MONTHLY CHILDCARE ADD-ON Members who elect to use the Monthly Childcare Add-On will be billed $50 per month per child. This Add-On will be invoiced on the 1st of each month and billed on the 15th of the month in line with membership dues. Woodside requires 30 days’ notice prior to the 15th of the month to cancel this Add-On. There is a three month minimum for the Monthly Childcare Add-On option. All reservations, including for members with the Monthly Childcare Add-On, are not guaranteed and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
HOURLY CHILDCARE RATE Members who do not elect to use the Monthly Childcare Add-On will pay $8 per hour per child and this fee will be added to their account by the Front Desk Agents at check in. Members who select the Hourly Childcare Rate must still fill out the form below for reservation and security purposes.
