  • Woodside offers month-to-month memberships. Complete this form to upgrade your individual membership to a couple’s membership.

    A couple must consist of two adults, in a relationship, living together (roommates, friends and family members do not qualify for a Couples Plan).  In the event a Couples Membership is placed under suspension, the suspension will apply to both the primary and secondary members on the account. No individual member will be able to continue usage of the club whilst a Couples membership is under suspension (an individual member will not be able to continue using the club while the Couples membership is under suspension).

    This is available to Woodside members only and does not apply to Westwood Pool Pass holders.
    Woodside does not offer refunds on any membership administration changes, including youth add ons, suspensions, nanny passes, etc.



    Please allow three business days for processing. If the partner's Driver's License or State ID does not match the primary accountholder's address, processing may be delayed and additional documentation will be required. All requests made after 3PM on Friday will be processed the following week. All membership change requests must be submitted prior to the 1st of the month.

    ID or Utility Statement for secondary member must match billing address on file for the original member. Member account must have updated billing information on file prior to adding a partner or spouse.
    Former members are subject to an account review before being deemed eligible to renew their former membership. Former member account reviews are not immediate and can take 3-10 business days.
