KAITLIN OWEN

Massage Therapist, LMT

Kaitlin moved to Kansas City from Chicago in January 2024. She graduated as Valedictorian from the renowned Soma Institute of Clinical Massage in 2017.

While in school, she gained hands-on experience working with runners at the Bank of America Chicago Marathon and the Loyola University basketball team. After graduating, she returned to Soma as a teaching assistant, then as a core instructor.

Kaitlin has extensive experience treating professional athletes, post-surgical recovery clients, breast cancer patients and survivors, pre- and post-natal moms, scoliosis, sciatica and piriformis syndrome, and autoimmune conditions including fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis.

Kaitlin is passionate about helping clients make achievable, sustainable changes that extend the benefits of massage and reduce everyday discomfort.

Kaitlin understands the powerful impact massage can have on the body and shares that knowledge and touch with each client. She relaxes by cooking and trying new recipes, kayaking and cycling.
