Sarah’s passion for fitness and wellness began with a desire to feel stronger, healthier and more empowered in her own life. This drive led her to pursue certifications as a Personal Trainer and PN1 Nutritionist, and she is currently expanding her expertise as a Women’s Holistic Health Hormone Practitioner. Sarah takes a personalized, holistic approach to training, helping her clients achieve their unique goals while building confidence and sustainable habits.

When she’s not at the gym, Sarah enjoys supporting local small-business coffee shops, walking her dog through the neighborhood and cooking at home. She loves watching sports, traveling to new places and hiking in the mountains with her fiancé whenever they get the chance. Sarah is dedicated to helping others create a balanced, joyful and healthy lifestyle.
