Maddie focuses on the uniqueness of each individual she works with to cultivate an engaging, upbeat, and supportive environment. She is passionate about connecting with her clients, understanding their goals and crafting supportive training experiences that are effective, efficient, challenging and empowering. Her mission is to foster confidence and alignment both in and out of the gym. Many of her clients’ goals include weight loss and strength training. Lifestyle and nutrition coaching are also core components.
When she’s not at the gym, you’ll find Maddie exploring Kansas City. Since moving here from California in 2022, the community, changing seasons, friendly people and amazing food have made the transition easy. She also loves spending time in the kitchen, creating new recipes and meal-prepping like a pro.
