Kate’s enthusiasm for health and wellness stems from her own personal journey of trial and error. Wellness is much more than what happens within the confines of the gym. It encompasses your mental, emotional and physical well-being. Kate works closely with her clients to explore the interplay between nutrition, stress management, sleep and exercise to create a comprehensive wellness plan that fits seamlessly into their lives.
Kate’s philosophy is simple: there is no one-size-fits-all solution to fitness. Her approach is to keep training fun and flexible. Life is unpredictable, and Kate believes that your fitness routine should be adaptable to your unique circumstances.
Kate is a born and raised Kansas City native, so she is always cheering on the Chiefs and the Jayhawks. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her dogs, traveling, snowboarding, cooking and going out with her friends.
