Meditation 101 | A Guide to Gratitude

Discover the practice of gratitude and self-compassion in this 90-minute meditation workshop. Guided by Lama Christian, the session covers the history of meditation and the layers of empathy. You’ll learn to begin to decipher between the thinking mind and the observing higher mind and how to fully recharge with “meditation burpees” through sound healing. Participants will be gifted a mini sound bowl, serving as a symbol of their personal journey.

Enjoy small bites and refreshments provided by The Kitchen.
