New Additions to the Fall Group Fitness Schedule

NEW Group Fitness Classes Starting Monday, Sept 12

Woodside Group Fitness is adding new classes to the schedule starting on Monday, September 12. Check the full descriptions below and join in on the fun with the Fit Fam this fall!

Ashtanga Power Yoga | Wednesdays 5:30PM – 6:45PM | Jordan R.

This class will use breathing, internal locks, postures, sequential and rhythmic movements and meditation to keep students rooted in the present moment. Sun salutations, the standing sequence and a sampling of seated and finishing postures will be explored. This is a vigorous and moderately fast-paced class. Advanced students.

B.L.A.S.T. | Thursdays 4:30PM – 5:15PM | Jodie S.

Buns/Legs/Arms/Strength/Train! Keep your body guessing with a variety of resistance tools and compound movements to increase your metabolism and build lean muscle. All fitness levels.

Yoga for Athletes | Thursdays 7:00PM – 8:00PM | Mike O.

This well-balanced practice is ideal for any level of athlete in pursuit of the competitive edge they need to succeed. This class will improve the mind and body connection, body awareness and enhance mental clarity. Elevate your active lifestyle with strength, balance and flexibility.

Pedal/Push/Plank | Fridays 5:30PM – 6:15PM | Jodie S.

This cycle class will combine a 35 minute cardiovascular ride followed with 10 minutes of chest and core work focusing on stabilization and strength using your body weight.
