Breathing is the most natural thing we do. We don’t need to think about it; it happens on its own. But some very profound changes can occur when we deepen the breath and direct its rhythm. Mental focus improves, our response to stress can be buffered and replaced with a sense of ease. Practice and learn about yoga breathing (pranayama) in this 90 minute workshop. We will review and practice several traditional pranayama styles. A few simple yoga poses will be included in the session.
