GUEST POLICIES

• Westwood Residents in good standing can submit guest requests via online form. The request must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance and no earlier than 30 days in advance of the reservation date. Woodside reserves the right to reject guest quests based on a variety of factors. Walk-ins are not accepted.
• Approved adult guests are permitted to visit Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday during the months of June, July and August. Guests are not permitted on Memorial Day, Independence Day or Labor Day.
• Adult guests must be 21 years of age or older.
• Guests may be admitted for a standard $25 fee for adults and youths (20 and under) are free. Payment will be made upon arrival at the Pool House.
• Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, youth guests (20 and under) will be permitted at the Family Pool Monday – Thursday only (excluding Juneteenth and Independence Day). Pool youth guests (20 and under) must be accompanied by a Woodside Member or Westwood Resident 16 or older. Limit 2 youth guests per day per family. Youth guests 16 – 20 will be required to show valid identification.
• Each Westwood Resident may invite up to two guests in one day.
• Each local Resident guest of a Pool Pass holder may visit the Club only 3 times per year.
• All Westwood Resident guests must check in at the Pool House, fill out a guest card and waiver and be accompanied by the Pool Pass holder at all times.
• Westwood residents are responsible for their guests.
