Through guided coaching using the Skillrun, SkiErg and Skillrow, Catherine will introduce VO2 interval training techniques inspired by HYROX competitions to enhance cardiovascular capacity and aerobic power. Participants are encouraged to bring a heart rate monitor, though it is not required.
