From training hard to staying active or simply aiming to move more freely, this 60-minute interactive workshop will change the way you think about performance and recovery. Join Woodside Trainer Michelle Pages to explore how mobility, stability and control work together to build a more resilient body. You’ll learn how to activate supporting muscles, improve joint function and move with greater strength and confidence in and out of your workouts.
