Group Fitness 101

If you’ve been wanting to get involved in the Group Fitness community, but you’re overwhelmed or don’t know where to start, we welcome you to join us for our Group Fitness 101 series. Sign up to learn more about classes in The Lab, the Fitness Studio, the Cycle Studio and the Yoga Studio or a combination of all four.

THE LAB 101 | 11:45AM – 12:15PM | The Lab 
FITNESS STUDIO 101 | 12:30PM – 1:00PM | Fitness Studio
CYCLE 101 | 1:15PM – 1:45PM | Cycle Studio 
YOGA 101 | 2:00PM – 2:30PM | Yoga Studio

Our expert Instructors will provide guidance and instruction to ensure each member reaches their full potential.

Sign up for Group Fitness 101 as normal, in our app or online, beginning February 8. All Woodside Group Fitness classes are bookable 48 hours in advance.
