Often overlooked or improperly activated, these powerful muscles are key to supporting long-term joint health, stability and confident movement. Through a clear, science-informed lecture paired with guided practice, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of glute anatomy and how proper function contributes to postural longevity. Suitable for all experience levels, this session is designed to help you move with greater strength, stability and confidence in both workouts and daily life.
