Outside the treatment room, Alex enjoys staying active and embracing a sense of adventure. She loves rock climbing, spending time outdoors and seeking out new experiences whenever she can. Whether she’s exploring nature or saying yes to something spontaneous, these moments help her stay grounded and energized.

Alex especially enjoys incorporating cupping into sessions as part of myofascial focused work. This approach can help release areas of deep tension, improve mobility and encourage the body to relax more naturally. She especially enjoys seeing how the tissue begins to respond and soften during this work.
