Nanny Information

A Nanny pass allows access to the Family Pool, Earthbar and North Club lounge only, with member child(ren) present at all times. Nanny passes do not include personal Club usage. Nannies may also accompany children to and from youth tennis programming.

The nanny/caregiver listed below must have a photo ID uploaded to this application request.

The Primary member and the nanny will be issued a Nanny (Member ID) Number when they are approved for the nanny pass. Once approved, the Nanny will need to stop at the North Club front desk to sign a waiver and have a photo uploaded to the account on file.

Nanny must be 16 years of age or older. Nanny passes are available for hired caregivers only; spouses and family members do not qualify.

Nanny passes cannot be refunded or transferred for any reason.

Nannies who are discovered to be consuming alcohol while youth are under their care will have their passes revoked without refund. Primary member accepts all responsibility for actions and behavior of Nanny.

Nannies may have charging privileges to the primary member's account if selected below.

Suspension of primary membership may be applied for breach of rules and regulations. Individuals that are ineligible to return to Woodside as members are also ineligible to serve as nannies.

COST: $150+tax

Active from Saturday, May 25, 2024 to Monday, September 2, 2024.
Nanny Passes are available to Woodside members and Westwood Pool Pass holders only.
Woodside does not offer refunds on any membership administration changes, including youth add ons, suspensions, nanny passes, etc.
