MEMBER REFERRAL FORM

Thank you for your interest in referring a new member to Woodside. Our community continues to grow through the connections our members and team create every day. Because Woodside does not rely heavily on traditional advertising, personal referrals are an important way people discover the Club and learn more about everything Woodside has to offer.

Current Woodside members and employees may use this form to introduce someone they believe would be a great fit for the Club. Our Membership Team will review the referral and follow up with the prospective member as appropriate based on current membership availability, eligibility and applicable enrollment policies. Please provide as much information as possible so we can properly identify both you and the person you are referring to and personalize our outreach.

Submitting a referral does not guarantee membership availability, eligibility, enrollment, or promotional pricing. Any membership opportunity or enrollment offer will be communicated directly by the Membership Team.

If the person you are referring has previously held any type of Woodside membership or account, please indicate that on the form so our team can review the appropriate return process.
