Thank you for your request to renew your terminated membership at Woodside. Please complete this online form and our Director of Membership will begin the review process of your former membership account. Former account holder reviews are processed within 2-3 business days.

Former Member Application Timing & Availability
Former member applications are tied to active enrollment windows and near-term availability. Because summer is our highest-capacity and most limited season, applications cannot be submitted months in advance or held for a summer start date.
 
Please review the timing guidelines below before submitting your application:
  • Applications submitted January – March are valid for up to 45 days
  • Beginning April 1, applications are reviewed and valid for 30 days due to peak-season capacity
  • Applications are reviewed based on current and upcoming availability, not future summer reservations
  • Submitting an application does not guarantee space for a specific future month
If your intended return timeline is beyond the current application window, we recommend waiting to apply closer to when you are prepared to move forward so your application remains active and aligned with availability.
