We’re excited to have you join us as an employee of Woodside. Please complete this online form, and our Director of Membership will begin the process of setting up your employee membership account or employee transition.

Employee memberships are limited to the employee only. If you are currently on a couple’s membership, our team will split your existing account automatically during processing.

If you are transitioning from a member to an employee after the 12th of the month, you may be responsible for current dues. Refunds will not be given.

EMPLOYEE CLUB USAGE POLICIES

  • Employees who average less than 15 hours per week may be granted Club usage provided they work a minimum average of 2 shifts per pay period.
  • Employees are restricted from Club usage Monday through Thursday between 5 – 7PM and Saturdays between 8 – 11AM, except for Group Fitness classes in which space is available.
  • Employees may participate in Group Fitness classes on a standby basis only.
  • If space or equipment access is in any way an issue for members, you must vacate the class (for instance, when attending Group Fitness, Cycle or Yoga classes).
  • Club usage (including the outdoor pool area) is limited to the employee unless pre-approval of a guest is granted by the General Manager in advance of the guest’s arrival at the Club.
  • Summer pool usage is granted to each employee each summer with the following caveats:
    • Non-exempt/hourly employees are not allowed Saturday or Sunday usage between the hours of 10AM – 5PM. Seasonal employees 15 years of age may use the lower pool Monday – Sunday but may not utilize the other Club facilities.
    • Lifeguards 16+ may use the Family Pool Monday – Sunday but may not swim in lifeguard uniform if not on duty and may use the South Club in accordance with normal employee restrictions.
    • Holiday usage requires prior approval by the General Manager.
    • Employees may not consume alcohol at The Pools.
    • Further restrictions will be gauged upon pool capacity as required.
  • There are seasonal periods (December – February), along with construction issues that may be occurring, that may require further restrictions on Club usage.
  • All employees should use the Childcare center only when it is absolutely necessary on an emergency basis only as this does take a spot that could potentially be used by a member of the Club.
  • All employees must make a reservation prior to utilizing the Childcare center.

Account reviews are processed within 2-3 business days.

Billing updates and adjustments will be available once this application is submitted.
