Topanga’s goal as a Trainer is to help others feel confident, strong and empowered to achieve their fitness goals while embracing a well-rounded lifestyle. Her training philosophy focuses on building a solid foundation that allows clients to safely progress toward their goals, all while making the process enjoyable. With a background as a former athlete, Topanga understands the importance of strength, consistency and balance in achieving long-term success. She is passionate about guiding clients to develop not only physical strength but also the confidence needed to take on any challenge. Dedicated to continuing her growth as a Trainer, Topanga is pursuing advanced certifications, with plans to specialize in Nutrition and Wellness to offer a more holistic approach to health.

In her personal time, Topanga enjoys spending time with her fiancé, playing pickleball, walking her dogs, playing rugby for the Kansas City Jazz and being part of her book club. She believes in staying active and engaged, both physically and mentally, and always looks for ways to stay connected with others and continue her personal growth.
