Simone Henry became a trainer because she’s passionate about helping people feel strong, confident and capable in their bodies. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with experience in group fitness and community-focused wellness, Simone brings an energetic, supportive approach to every session while keeping training personalized, structured and results-driven. Her training philosophy is centered on building a solid foundation through proper movement, strength development and consistency, so clients can progress safely and sustainably while still enjoying the process. Simone loves creating an uplifting environment where clients feel motivated, challenged and celebrated, whether they’re just getting started or working toward their next big goal. Outside of training, Simone stays active and engaged in her community, enjoys planning and hosting events and loves spending time with her dog, Faith.
