
Movement is my medicine, my meditation and my life. Our bodies are amazing and constantly providing us with information. My mission is to support and guide myself and others to utilize that information and live their best lives and feel great! I love restorative and corrective work just as much as I love lifting heavy things and feeling my heart jump out of my chest.
Outside of the gym, I like to try out many different activities or games such as ice skating, bowling, archery, corn hole, nature walks, hip-hop yoga, Acro yoga, volleyball and basketball. Reading is an everyday obsession of mine and when I need something mindless, I work on a diamond painting. I love a good thunderstorm and clean sheet day is my favorite day of the week.
