Movement is Sheena’s medicine, her meditation and her life. Our bodies are amazing and constantly providing us with information. Sheena’s mission is to support and guide herself and others to live life and feel great! She loves restorative and corrective work just as much as she loves lifting heavy things and feeling her heart jump out of my chest.
Outside of the gym, Sheena likes to try out various activities or games such as ice skating, bowling, archery and nature walks. She loves a good thunderstorm and clean sheet day is her favorite.
