Santiago’s passion for health led him to personal training, where he coaches people to build the habits, strength, and mobility they need not only to transform their bodies, but to protect their future by enhancing longevity.

With a strong foundation in medical coursework and experience as a medical intern from the Universidad de La Sabana and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from The University of Kansas, Santiago specializes in body composition, longevity, mobility, strength, injury recovery, and nutrition coaching, particularly for individuals with metabolic syndrome and fat loss goals.

His training philosophy centers on building accountability and creating enjoyable, sustainable habits that reduce the risk of chronic conditions such as osteoporosis, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, and hypertension.

Santiago also excels at helping clients improve mobility, build strength, and recover from injuries, especially in key areas like hips, shoulders. Outside of coaching, he is an avid runner and enjoys exploring healthy foods, bringing both expertise and passion to every session.
