Samantha is a passionate and dedicated Personal Trainer with a strong background in neuroscience. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Arizona State University and a Master’s in Biomedical Sciences at Kansas City University. With five years of experience in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and a background in athletic training, Samantha has honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology.

Throughout her career, Samantha has worked with clients with chronic illnesses such as Long COVID, hypermobility (and EDS), POTS, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, essential tremors, OCD and anxiety. She has also worked with a Professional Ultimate Frisbee Team for their on-and-off field needs. Her commitment to helping individuals with diverse health conditions has led her to create specialized exercise programs that promote strength, resilience and overall well-being.

Outside of work, Samantha finds enjoyment in spending time with her husband and their Australian Cattle Dog. Whether it is exploring nature, challenging herself with new adventures or simply enjoying quiet moments at home, she believes in living life to the fullest and inspiring others to do the same. Samantha is excited to bring her expertise and passion for fitness to Woodside, where she will bring a new and exciting skill set to the team. Her dedication to helping others extends beyond the gym, as she will be starting at KCU Medical School in July, continuing her journey of helping others through healthcare.
