Rachel’s goal as a Trainer is to help others reach their goals, feel stronger, be more confident and live well-rounded healthy lifestyles. Her training philosophy embraces each individual’s unique interests, body capabilities and goals. She looks to help clients build a strong foundation that allows them to be able to safely reach their health goals and have fun doing it! As a new mom, Rachel has found joy in helping other moms nurture and strengthen their pre- and post-natal bodies through exercise.

In her personal time, Rachel loves to spend time with her family, work on her own well-being, spend time out on the water and find ways to bring out her competitive spirit, from game nights to playing sports.
