Rachel’s love for fitness and empowering others started at an early age. She has always loved helping others and getting movement in. Providing movement and well-being to others truly brings her joy and energizes her. Rachel’s goal as a trainer is to help others reach their goals, feel stronger, be more confident and live a well-rounded healthy lifestyle. Her training philosophy is to work with everyone’s unique interests, body capabilities and goals to build a strong foundation that allows them to be able to safely reach their health goals and have fun doing it!
In her personal time Rachel loves to spend time working on her own well-being, taking her dogs for walks, remodeling her house, spending time out on the water and finding ways to bring out her competitive spirit, from game nights to playing sports.
