Carrie found Pilates in her 20s when recovering from surgery and has never looked back. She fell in love with the supportive, fun and challenging method that helped her regain strength and range of motion. Every time she left a session she felt taller, stronger and mentally engaged. In 2016, Carrie got certified and began training college athletes, people recovering from injury, dancers and disabled clients. She loves that Pilates can be adapted to meet a variety of needs. Whether you want to improve your physical and mental health, build confidence, cross train or dial into more connection with your body – Pilates can help you meet your goals.

In addition to Carrie’s Pilates training, she holds a Master of Arts in Communications and is trained in Wayfinder and Positive Intelligence Leadership Coaching. In her free time she loves to travel, cook, paddle board, listen to a good podcast and spend time with her teenager and their four furry friends.
