With a focus on individualized programming, Caleb meets each client where they are, guiding them through a thoughtful progression that is challenging, precise and sustainable. He takes pride in helping clients move better, feel stronger and develop confidence that extends beyond the gym.

Outside the gym, Caleb enjoys running, cooking, hiking, traveling and spending time with family. He values staying active and curious, always seeking new experiences that fuel both his personal growth and his passion for helping others live stronger, healthier lives.
