Woodside’s Small Group Training (SGT) program offers a premium, Trainer-led experience that blends the motivation of a team environment with the personalization of private training.
With classes capped at 6 participants, small group sessions offer individualized attention and a community feel. You will receive hands-on coaching and high-touch service from certified Woodside Trainers.
All sessions run 60 minutes and take place in The Yard. All small group sessions are offered as 4-week series and must be booked in full. Individual sessions are not available for single purchase.
A foundations-based small group program designed for women who want to build muscle, boost confidence and master the fundamentals of strength training. These sessions emphasize the
core movement patterns: squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, and rotation with tailored regressions and progressions. Participants progress from basic patterns to barbell lifts in a supportive,
form-first environment.
Group sessions are scheduled for the following times each week and are open to all levels. Small groups must be booked as a 4-week series; individual sessions are not available for single purchase.

This program is designed to enhance functional strength, mobility, balance and overall movement confidence for adults 65 and older. Each session integrates evidence-based strength training with targeted mobility and stability work to support joint health, postural alignment and daily functional abilities. Programming is intentionally paced, personalized and progressive to promote independence, reduce injury risk and improve quality of life.

Maximize your VO2 performance with advanced cardio and recovery training mixed with heavy functional strength training. Learn to manage your heart rate and training zones using weighted sled pushes and pulls, plyometric jumps and wall ball challenges. This program focuses on muscular endurance, whole-body strength and fitness.Â

Real strength comes from intra-abdominal activation and is the foundation of strength, power, and agility.  This program uses a multi-level approach that will greatly improve strength and mobility in all areas of your training.   The group setting allows for progressions and regressions for all members- from those wanting to gain more back stability and balance to advanced participants practicing inversions for total body control and awareness.Â

A progressive, technique-driven strength program designed for members who want to refine movement quality, learn proper lifting mechanics and build strength with confidence. Participants work to develop the foundational patterns of effective strength training: squatting, hinging, pushing and pulling. This program focuses on measurable outcomes through InBody assessments. This program is intentionally built to support multi-month progression, allowing participants to continue advancing their skills and strength beyond the Small Group session.
