With our offerings of Pilates Reformer group classes and more individualized one-on-one sessions, we can meet the needs of all individuals regardless of experience, age or fitness level. We invite you to discover the transformative power of the low-impact, full-body methodology of Pilates.
Receive personalized instruction and gain a solid foundation of classic Pilates exercises using correct technique. Our one-on-one sessions will help you to establish control, strength, stability, flexibility and confidence on all Pilates apparatus, allowing you to deepen your Pilates practice. In addition to one-on-one sessions, we offer duet, trio, quad and whole studio private sessions.

New to Pilates? Reformer Fundamentals is the place to start. You will be introduced to the principles of the Pilates method utilizing the Reformer. This class starts with the basics, creating a foundation for a safe, connected Pilates practice. This class is for the beginner and seasoned Pilates practitioner alike – Pilates fundamentals are challenging!

Reformer Classic is a challenging whole-body workout on the apparatus that is synonymous with Pilates – the Reformer. Expect the Reformer exercises you know and love, with creative variations that go beyond the basics. This class may incorporate props like arm weights, bands, magic circle, Pilates ball and Jumpboard. This class is for the pure Reformer enthusiast looking for a challenge.
If new to Pilates, we recommend taking REFORMER FUNDAMENTALS or a one-on-one session before this class.

Love the Reformer but ready to spice things up? In this class, your entire body will be challenged with a mix of Reformer and Tower work. The Tower utilizes a combination of resistance springs and bars to build strength, flexibility and muscular endurance on a stable surface, similar to the Cadillac apparatus. Reformer Classic + Tower will leave you feeling strengthened, lengthened and energized!
If new to Pilates, we recommend taking REFORMER FUNDAMENTALS or a one-on-one session before this class.

Are you ready to integrate cardio into your Pilates routine? Reformer Circuit + Jump is a full-body, low-impact, heart-healthy Pilates class. This class incorporates the Jumpboard on the Reformer for a dynamic Pilates experience. This class is up-tempo and alternates between classic Reformer exercises and Jumpboard exercises for maximum caloric burn.

In this complimentary on-on-one, your Instructor will introduce you to the Pilates method by taking you through a series of exercises based on your individual goals and experience level. Whether you are a true beginner or a seasoned Pilates practitioner, you will leave your session feeling lengthened, strengthened, challenged and rejuvenated.
STUDIO POLICIES
Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances or perfumes.
Please do not enter the studio until 5 minutes before your scheduled class as to not interrupt other classes or sessions.
Cancellation Policy:
A member has up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment to cancel at no charge. If the member cancels within 24 hours or does not show up for scheduled appointment, they will be charged the full amount of their session.
Waitlist Policy for Group Sessions:
If Pilates Reformer classes are full, members will be placed on standby. Members on standby will be contacted via phone up to an hour before class to be offered an open spot. Members on standby will not be charged for the Pilates Reformer class until enrolled.
