How to book a Class
Be Transformed in
Body and Mind
All classes are bookable 48hr in advance and must be reserved. Sign up for a class that suits you best.
- Download Woodside app.
- Tap the Group Fitness icon.
- Tap Book a Class.
- Browse classes by date, Instructor or Class name, or use the Search function to locate a specific class.
- Tap the class you want to book.
- Tap the Book a Spot button at the bottom of your screen.
Group Fitness
Class Booking Policies
- All group fitness classes require reservations through MyWoodside.Â
- All classes are bookable 48 hours in advance.
- A $10 fee will be added to members’ accounts who do not show up for a reserved class or who do not check in.
- No show fees do not apply to members on the waiting list.
- Members must cancel at least 60 minutes prior to the start of class.
