Embody a practice that is all about slowing down, opening your body through long passive stretching, integrated Meditation to harmonize the body’s vital natural healing life force or chi. Yin Restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and supported backbends using a variety of props such as blocks, blankets and bolsters. L1
