This thoughtfully designed class blends breathwork, mindful movement and light stretching to support both physical and mental well-being during the busy end-of-school season. Led by Woodside Yoga Instructor Miriam Zavagnin, the experience is approachable, supportive and tailored specifically for teens.
While they’re in class, you can make the most of your time at the Club, whether that’s enjoying a quiet moment in the Hydrotherapy Space or fitting in your own workout.
