A 30-min class that has mastered the perfect bootcamp class- in half the time. In four rotating stations focused on specific muscle groups, SHOCK + SHRED delivers the most unparalleled results-driven exercises using dumbbells, slam balls, battle ropes and ViPRS. This workout strategically shocks your metabolism to jump-start and shred your body with lean, dense muscle and a sculpted core. PS: This ain’t your everyday bootcamp.
