Practice a classical flowing sequence of poses. Vinyasa means breath-linked. The practice of deep, thorough breathing is integrated with postures for a warming and detoxing yoga practice. Complement your body’s health with yoga to improve range of motion, joint mobility and flexibility. Improved endurance is often a result using energy wisely, and this style of yoga, along with it’s unique breath work, is great for everyone, including athletes.Level: L2
