Your match may share your sense of humor, your pace or simply your outlook, creating an easy, natural connection from the start.
Together, you’ll learn how to build a Charred Pineapple + Ancho Chile Sour step-by-step with guidance from Woodside Bartender, Benjamin Durul. The class will cover hands-on techniques including muddling, balancing heat and alcohol, and creating a smooth egg white foam.
This night is about enjoying the moment, meeting someone new and discovering what it’s like to learn together. Each guest will receive a drink token to order an additional cocktail from The Bar.
