Join Woodside Instructors Sally Morrow and Emily Starkey for an evening centered on self-love through mindful movement, breath and reflection. This thoughtfully paced experience blends gentle flow and restorative practice to encourage awareness, acceptance and connection with the body. Rather than focusing on performance, this class creates space to slow down, listen inward and move with intention. Expect a balance of gentle challenge and deep rest, with moments of reflection woven throughout the practice.

Comfortable, breathable layers suitable for gentle and restorative yoga.
