Drift into deep rest with this cosmic-inspired yin experience designed to quiet the mind and restore the body. Guided by Woodside Group Fitness Instructor Jodi Garbison, this slow, floor-based class features long-held postures, soft lighting, gentle incense and immersive visuals to create a calm, otherworldly atmosphere. An intention prompt at the beginning of class invites you to settle in with purpose, and the flow is followed by an extended savasana to encourage full relaxation.
Guests will be offered optional CBD shots or calming herbal alternatives such as chamomile and lavender tea blend to support a restful experience. All levels are welcome. Comfortable clothing is encouraged.
