Jumpstart your fitness goals for 2016 with Certified Wellness Coach Amy Rose. Join us for a two-hour, interactive workshop designed to help you create step-by-step goals that lead to new healthy behaviors and habits. Amy will help you identify your personal strengths, as well as to recognize barriers that could be in your way. The workshop fee also includes a one-on-one follow-up session with Coach Amy, who will work with you to develop a personalized wellness plan, tailored to your specific goals and needs.
