- Warm-Up 10 minutes while explaining the class and the procedures to determine power
- 1st 10-minute Threshold Time Trial measuring and recording heart rate and watts/power for every rider every minute 8-10 minute recovery while crunching the numbers for TT #1
- 2nd 10-minute Threshold Time Trial measuring and recording heart rate and watts/powe
- Warm down and crunch numbers for TT #2 and deliver Functional Power Ranges/Zones to riders
