This 3-week meditation intensive will cover the subject of meditation from history to health benefits, its many forms and styles, and will provide real, hands on experience, sending you on a pathway to better physical and mental health.
After the last session, you will be poised for your own personal meditation practice and ready to experience the physical and mental benefits of an ancient practice in the modern world.
