High intensity interval training (HIIT) has it’s benefits – from calorie-blasting intensity to boredom-fighting circuits. Woodside HIIT classes have always been a popular option, and we’re adding more this summer. Tuesday evenings will feature a Woodside Workout of the Day (W.W.O.D.) with intense workout moves using body weight and props to blast all major muscle groups, burn fat, increase cardio and take strength training to the next level.
