This workshop provides the nuts and bolts of Vinyasa movement. Led by Carrah Quigley, It is designed for all levels and will give any yoga practitioner the tools for a safe and properly-formed Vinyasa.
Vinyasa yoga (poses linked together in a “flow”) can provide many health benefits. Learn how to properly form each pose properly to gain the fullest benefit and avoid injury due to improper form or rushing through a sequence.
This is a must for anyone practicing yoga on a regular basis. After the “mini-clinic,” we will practice a 75 minute full flow. Rock and roll playlist, laughter and a sense of humor included.
