Accompanier Information
Accompanier pass allows access to Woodside, with member present at all times.
PLEASE NOTE: the Accompanier/caregiver listed below must show a photo ID when they set up the Accompanier pass. The member or member's spouse and the Accompanier must make an appointment to meet with the Director of Membership to activate passes and go through rules, regulations and policies.
Accompanier must be 21 years of age or older. Accompanier passes are available for hired caregivers only. Spouses and family members do not apply.
This adult accompanier pass is for our long-standing members who have been enjoying Woodside for the majority of their life. These passes are meant to allow aging members to receive familiar support while performing their regular routines.
These passes are not for a misuse of our membership program. Accompaniers are expected to honor and follow the rules and regulations. This pass is available to Woodside members only and does not apply to Westwood Pool Pass holders.
COST: $50 per month
